What we collect
When you send an enquiry: event details, your name and email. When you apply as a musician: name, email, instrument, location, an optional recording link and referrer. We store the time you gave consent.
Purpose & legal basis
To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps) and, for musician applications, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as Austrian tax law requires (7 years).
Processors
Our website and database are hosted by Lovable and its sub-processors within secure, contractually bound infrastructure. Fonts are loaded from Bunny Fonts (EU), which does not log IP addresses.
Cookies
We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary local storage is used (e.g. to remember that you saw the cookie notice), which needs no consent under § 165(3) TKG 2021.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@fankhauserdekan.com. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
